i personally think there a nice breath of fresh air in music

especially wen you look at the same bands apering in "the band game" and "top 25"

but i love them
fav songs are "battle of one", "from yesesterday", "90 milion miles" and 2edge of the earth"
cant wait to see what tracks they next release!!

I wouldn't say they are a bad band. They're singles aren't to bad. I just don't care for them to much because of when I saw them live. They were touring with Audioslave, and I found that they were just annoying more then anything else.

I think they're a little too mainstream, personally, but really, really love the music video for "From Yesterday". I was impressed.

and considering that they have been around for a wile ... and yet only just come to public eye i would say that they were doing very well for themselfs

Never listened to them, heard of them then put them out of thought as they don't appear to be something I'll like, but might give them a quick listen on youtube or something.

Well, judging from what I've seen from music snobs all over the webz, mainstream can very easily be defined as anything with more than ten fans that wasn't recorded in a basement. If you make money you're a sell-out.

And as for the band, I wasn't really interested...which is odd, because the last few albums I've bought sounded exactly like them. :-\

I listened to them alot early this year, theyre a realy good band to listen to durring cross country. Im trying to not ever see them, cause a friend of mine said that theyre all emoish and stuff, and ill loose all respect for them if they are, so as long as i dont ever get a picture of them then ill probably continue to think they are pretty good.

Why do you care what they look like? Most of that shit is just for show anyway, to give people something to look at during a live show besides a bunch of jerks wearing street clothes.

It's kinda hard not to look at them anyway, the album I last saw for sale had a picture of the band on the cover. And yes, they do look "emo"...god I hate that ****ing word.
