I'm not too bothered about the order, but I mean ... Led Zep No. 1?

You can definately tell I had no hand in this

Look at how far back Floyd, the Rolling Stones, The Doors, and some others are. And you have some horrible bands on there. That just says how badly made this list was...

The order could have been better for me, but meh. Though I haven't heard of half of these bands... they have all my favorites, though, so I can't complain too much.

Meat Loaf is an amazing guy who did one of the most succesful albums ever, Bat Out of Hell. It's a great album, and if anything, he deserves to be higher up.
Bon Jovi is one of the most famous arena rock bands of the 80s, right up there with Van Halen. Jon Bon Jovi (I might be slightly off with his first name) is an amazing guitarist, and as with Meat Loaf, I'm surprised they aren't further up the list.
What I don't like is bands like Twisted Sister (among the worst of Hair Metal) and Jane's Addiction.
Still, the top twenty are pretty well done, though the Rolling Stones should be in there, along with the Doors, though I would rearange a bit of it.
On Floyd and Zepplin, IMO, FLoyd is a better band, but only by the slimmest of margins, and for hard rock, Led Zepplin is definately ahead, as some of Floyd's best songs would be far closer to Soft Rock than anything else.

yes, its jon bon jovi...i know who they are, i was making a joke, listing some of the famous guys as unknowns. hence the pokey outey tongue doohickey

and i know why jane's addiction are on there. they were one of the most recognised bands from the early to mid nineties. plus i like 'em

(btw, anyone with kazaa working atm, can you PM me)
