Default Metal Lovers?

Just thought i'd put the question out, any lovers of metal around here? haha

I myself am mainly into Death and Melodic Death metal at the moment, favorite current bands being Cannibal Corpse, Bloodbath, Amon Amarth and also Cradle of Filth.

Anyone else into metal? lol

Folk metal goes awesomely with WHFB (and LOTR ofc, why not 40k too). It's so known up here in Finland I don't quite get the "accordions in metal?!?!?! I guess it's cool..." mentality around the internet. I do listen to all kinds of metal (well, rarely pure death, black or industrial, but classic heavy, speed, thrash, melodeth and folk n' stuff, not too much of 90's and later metal). Some Children of Bodom, Pantera and such here and there.

Try Ensiferum (folky melodeath), Turisas ("battle metal", awesome as hell) and, say, Finntroll (folky death), all Finnish bands with mostly English lyrics except for Swedish for Finntroll.

Edit: Oh, you've gotta check Bal-Sagoth up.
