Default Trying to make a new sub race

Okay as you've probably guessed by the subject name I'm trying to make a new sub race.
But I'm a little stuck what I'm trying to make are minotaurs but... yea making them seem futuristic is harder than i thought so far Ive don this

minotaur warrior [Elite]

Cost Ws Bs S T W I A Ld Sv
50 5 2 5 4 2 4 2 9 5+
Bull
+10 5 2 5 4 2 4 3 10 5+
Squad number: consists of between 3 and 9 minotaurs and a Bull

Weapons: bolter and cc weapon
Character: the Bull has access to armory
Special rules:
unstoppable charge
on the charge the minotaurs lower there horns and only have 1 attack but if they hit there opponent is knocked to the ground and miss there attack phase
bulky
they take up two spaces in a transport
bigger
they may not have any pistols instead they use two handed weapons as pistols
Mercenary's
any army may deploy them as an elite choice
But I'm working on adding more to them so any ideas would be welcome ;D

(there eventually taken off ogryn's)

WS 5 for basic warrior! S6 T5!!! 20pts is harr too small prise! I say 60pts for that! I mean C'mon! Those are ment to be basic warriors!!!

How about 50 point elites and i come up with something to replace the basic warriors with them cause there meant for hand to hand but then again there weakness is getting shot i mean if you shoot them with a tau gun there screwed

6 points for infiltrating guys o.0 Thats crazy cool.

Or crazy broken. I like the idea behind this. But this could easily be abused. Imagine 240 of those little weak fauns infiltrating on you. There is no possible way you could kill all of them. Also, they could just shoot the crap out of you.

Hell, those suckers are better than conscripts with "light infantry" doctrine (+1 BS, with stormbolters and infiltrate) all for +1 point per model. Up it to 6-8 points BASE, lower the maximum size, and we'll talk.

I raised the point cost of each Faun and lowered the Unit Size
I suppose I could work on this more I was just trying to help the TC

The fauns are still pretty powerful. At least, the manablaster it. Assault 2 at 24inches? That means they have an effective danger range of 30 Inches. Thats as dangerous as the Tau, plus they're cheaper and on the move. I dont know many people that wouldn't be scared of 60 S4 Ap 6 shots coming at them. That statistically should drop half of a space marine tactical squad.

I think it equals out in the end though. They are weak all around in CC and still aren't the best at shooting. They can just do it a lot.

I wouldn't mind seeing them more at a 6 Point base. Then, they would be on the same level as kroot if they infiltrated. They have the better save, but* aren't as skilled in CC.

Also, the Minotaur Errant rules are a bit..strange. They miss there attack phase? I assume you meant assault phase and that seems a bit harsh. I mean, you could make it so the opponent is reduced to only 1 attack, that would be more balanced. Or are they knocked down until the next assault? Please Explain more.
