Its been playtested and tweaked for well over a year now (nearing 2), heres the most recent version (May 24 2007) .

Very streamlined and easy to use.

Has Variant lists to allow for Redemptionist, Genestealer, Chaos and Tau Uprisings.

Its not as scary as it sounds :P

Rebel leaders being the beast the are..its fairly easy to just drive right through the mob unharmed (or deep strike behind it) and whipe them out, forcing the mob to take "Cut off the head and the Serpent will die" check on LD5...

It is fun to see though, I saw a 250 strong Mob used by one playtester though

Also, minor changes to make sure no IC's manage to hide inside "The Mob", some new wargear and changes to chaos.

I could just see a player with 250 mob models(he he he) with guns and yelling across the store "k guys, im gonna need ALOTA dice!"

I tend to use them just for the range , if you are playing defensively they are "ok", if you make them part of a unit lead by an agitator with the Guerrilla skill they are also marginally ok. but for a 0 point weapon what do you want :P

Question:

In the various "variant" form of lists, do attached bodyguards take an extra man power point? (They are all one squad.)

So would it be legal to take a Chaos Lord with Chosen bodyguard, and mount them in a Land Raider? Because that could be construed as either two manpower points, or 3. (BTW, I'm not planning on doing that, but was just wondering.)
