Hey everyone. Just wanted to say hello. I've been peeking in on Tau Online for the past 3 or 4 months after I started getting back into modelling and painting. I was away from the hobby for about ten years with other interests/committments/etc... I decided one day that it might be fun to take up the hobby again, seeing that I was making pretty good money and had a little spare time on my hands. Remembering Warhammer Fantasy, I decided to check in on GW's website and lo and behold, I discovered the existence of the Tau. I'd never done a 40K army before, but I thought "wow, those look cool", and picked up a squad and devilfish soon after.

You probably won't see me around much when it comes to gaming, as I'm much more interested in the modelling and painting aspects of the hobby, but I may poke my head in once in a while. Meanwhile, I'll try to post some of the stuff I've been working on.

Hey, Welcome to Tau Online, and be sure to read the forum rules etc, though I'm sure you've been around enough to have already noticed some of them..

It's always good to see more people interested in the hobby side of things, rather than purely gaming - good luck, and looking forward to seeing some of your work!

Welcome to TO and I can't wait to see some of your work... I love convertions, but can't do anything of significant myself, since I cannot find any plasticard in Switzerland... It just doesn't exist... oh well... I'll keep on looking

That sounds like a treat! I myeslf, am a modeller before a gamer! (Which is why I just finished forking out a few hundred dollars on Inquisitor models to convert!) And when you do post some stuff up, be sure to let me know! I'm always interested in other modellers work (just to steal their ideas...)

Anywho, be sure to read the Forum Rules and to Vote for TO! Also be sure to make a visit to the Tau Board.

And if you have any questions/concerns just ask any of the Staff and Mods.
