:P hello people yeah...I'm hoping to start a new tau army because the new tau things are coming out and stuff like the vespid and the tau empire so yeah if anyone has any thing they can tell me about tau like what i should get or what i need or anything really about tau because right now i have sum space marines but they are just not the right army for me so yeah plz help out...yeah ??? i do not know what to get or what my paint scheme or whatever should be.....

first of all: welcome to TO and we are all greatful for your wise decision in converting to the Tau'va.

secondly: be sure to buy the codex... if you want, wait for the new one to come out first.

next: buy a basic battle set, it includes most of the basic units for your core army and most of them aren't receiving many modifications. Also, if you look at the new stealths and decide u don't like them (I find they are too bulky... prefered the old ones), stock up on the old ones.

Decide what type of army u want aswell: static, hybrid or mech

lastly: look around to help inspire your color scheme. Remember that Tau tend to have a clean, sanitized look. Also use drones to test color schemes on... they are meant for that... well not realy, but it helps ;P
