Well, as the title says, I'm pretty new to just about everything there is here at TauOnline and 40k in general. Found this site while searching for information that could help in putting together my currently small Tau force. The information that I did find ended up being pretty helpful thus far. Also before anyone else asks it, like everyone at the local game store asks; I'll answer: I took up the Tau Empire mostly because I like their visual and fighting style, history and I used to play them a lot in DoW: Dark Crusade.

Also they tell me kroot are worthless: so I took them in my army anyways. I like to think outside the box a little. Dare to be different and all that kind of stuff. Hey you never know, I might kick some tail with kroot one day or throw them violently at the eBay and get something else. Depends on how things go I suppose. But it's either them for now or gun drones and I was told replace those with shield drones so whatever.

Well, I'd love to go on and on and on but I have two squads of fire warriors to slap together.
