Default Taking Sisters of Battle

The codex says that the Ordo Malleus can use all imperial resources and there is a list of what IG or Space marine models i can use but Witchunters are not there. Does that mean that i can't take Sisters of Battle? And if i can does that mean their are no limitaions?

I would not hide behind a non rule statement.

The Imperial Guard and Space Marines fall under a special category called "Inducted Allies." The specific rules and units which are involved in this are clearly defined and written out for you, which is great. They do not count as your "ally" but rather just part of the list as they are inducted, not allied.

The Inquisition, all codices of it, as a trio (WH, DH and soon Alien Hunters) may all take each other as full allies. That means a real ally. So you're limited to the normal 0-1 HQ, 0-1 Elite, 0-1 Fast Attack and 0-2 Troop selections. There's no need to list the units because this is the only limitation you must adhere to.

Inducted Allies and Allies are different things and you can have both!

Cheers!
