Recently developed this list with hindsight from the 'Ard Boyz tournament in regards to how I should handle list construction and what to field. Even though I was using Tau, the insight helped focus what I wanted out of my mech sisters. They're rather standard for Mechanized, based heavily on acts of faith and like Tau, grouping up to destroy single elements at a time with overwhelming firepower. List looks like this.
Exorcist - 135 Exorcist - 135 Exorcist - 135 Canoness w/ Jump Pack, Cloak of St. Aspira, Inferno Pistol, Blessed Weapon, Litanies of Faith, Frags - 156 Canoness w/ Jump Pack, Cloak of St. Aspira, Inferno Pistol, Eviscerator, Litanies of Faith, Frags - 151 Veteran Superior w/ Brazier of Holy Fire Sister w/ Heavy Flamer Sister w/ Flamer x7 Sisters Rhino w/ Smoke - 205 Veteran Superior w/ Brazier of Holy Fire Sister w/ Heavy Flamer Sister w/ Flamer x7 Sisters Rhino w/ Smoke - 205 Veteran Superior w/ Brazier of Holy Fire Sister w/ Heavy Flamer Sister w/ Flamer x7 Sisters Rhino w/ Smoke - 205 Veteran Superior w/ Brazier of Holy Fire Sister w/ Heavy Flamer Sister w/ Flamer x7 Sisters Rhino w/ Smoke - 205 Veteran Superior w/ Brazier of Holy Fire Sister w/ Heavy Flamer Sister w/ Flamer x7 Sisters Rhino w/ Smoke - 205 Veteran Superior w/ Brazier of Holy Fire Sister w/ Heavy Flamer Sister w/ Flamer x7 Sisters Rhino w/ Smoke - 205 Veteran Superior w/ Eviscerator, Brazier of Holy Fire x2 Seraphim w/ Hand Flamers x7 Seraphim - 279 Veteran Superior w/ Eviscerator, Brazier of Holy Fire x2 Seraphim w/ Hand Flamers x7 Seraphim - 279 I am thinking of changing this list a little bit however, by removing two squads of sisters, a seraphim from each squad, dropping litanies of faith and the frags on one of the canoness' (probably the one with the eviscerator) and adding in a full repentia squad coupled with an eviscerator toting priest for 475 points. With the leftover 5 points I could put a book of st. lucius on a canoness and go. I love using repentia, almost every use of them has resulted in unparalleled destruction, so I am interested to see how they'd perform with such strong army support that this can provide. Today the current list ran through a daemon heavy chaos space marines list, with the seraphim performing a counter flank and destroying whatever they hit, or tarpitting units long enough to earn their points back. I will certainly post results as to how the Repentia variant will perform.

Wow I play witch hunters to and damn you are wasting points!!! Ok here if your dealing with orks are bugs you are dead you need some heavy weopons get rid of a squad of sisters and trow in a rinho and some retr. they are good when dealing with massers. It might also help if you get some inducted gaurd in there for some support fire. Wow you realy killed this army omg.... it's going to be very hard to fix this. You know what just scrap the whole list and start over you need to focus some fast attack and a little more ordance beaucse other wise you going to get hammerd by close combat

I had enough to make chaos space marines wince without using all of them. Massed infantry, such as orks and Tyranids. You do realize how many flame throwers are in the list, right? Also if used correctly the Rhinos can be used to deny the assault if that truly becomes an issue. Also my heavy supports are taken by Exorcists, which are used to take care of the bigger targets, and the big bugs. I tried inducted guard, they're great in fun games to mess around with, but here I want to drown the enemy in armor then promptly set them on fire.

I vaguely agree with the fellow above me. You do have a lot of flamers in your squads, not that its a bad thing. i would say make at least 2 of the squads have 2 sisters with melta guns. i never really thought of using the brazier of holy fire before though. i think that would work really well as a triple flame faith rending combo thing! Also maybe give the seraphims inferno pistols? They seem more useful as a anti-tank squad but thats just me. |

I suppose melta guns are not a bad idea on the sisters, best not to rely on my Exorcists to get the job done. There was a bothersome land raider in my first fight, and while a lucky Exorcist shot turn 1 kept the threat of Berzerkers to a minimum by immobilizing it, was a bit annoying.
The hand flamers on the seraphim are a bit cheaper, and I use them as a blitzkrieging anti-infantry unit. Without even particularily good rolls, they were able to run over a plague marine squad led by a sorcerer on a mount without any difficulty, losing only a few of their own. Besides, their krak grenades and eviscerators can usually do damage to tanks since they hit rear armor, as they will be in assault range if the pistols are. No thoughts so far on the Repentia? Unfortunately for myself, testing this list in the standard format won't be for a little while.

For me, I actually like your list, for its simplicity. But nevertheless I have to say, take of teh Braziers and also the litanies and start pumping in Eviscerators for each squad and also Inferno Pistols for you Seraphims and also Canoness.
That saying your Seraphims are fiune actually, but better off with 8 girls than 10.

After doing some drops (and before adding in the suggested ones) We're looking at 253 points to play with. That could be another entire squad of... really anything in this army.
Noted drops: Canoness': Brought blessed weapon back to eviscerator, cut litanies, cut the frags. Troops: Cut the braziers. Seraphim: Cut 2 sisters, dropped handflamers, dropped brazier Throwing inferno pistols on the seraphim would be 60, throwing eviscerators onto the sister teams would be about 150. Two squads of sisters packing meltaguns would be a 12 point increase from their current flamer combo, so 24 points. This leaves 19 points floating around to play with, and being that I don't have my codex on hand I can't remember any specifics that I'd want.

[hr] The list actually looks rather good, my only suggestion would be to trim down a few of the extras like the braziers and add in some more anti tank in the form of meltas, inferno pistols or eviscerators. Other than that, I really like it, nice, simple and very mobile but with a decent number of bodies too, I especially like how many Troops you have in the list. |

Wow, this was certainly unexpected, seems my lists are still a bit popular
![]() I do have a bit to change considering my latest experiences with sisters and the NEED to have a few mobile tank-busting troop units. Also the braziers of fire are worth the 10 points on teams dedicated to setting people on fire and activating faith. Against marines, the effect is noticable for forcing more saves, and against hordes it can potentially knock out 4-5 more units, more than a rapid fire bolter can output. So they stay. The very high volume of troops is what makes this list strong, the troops are worth taking (As opposed to my other army, Tau. The troops aren't as solid in comparison) So I guess I'll run up a few changes. Canoness w/ Eviscerator, Jump Pack, Cloak of St. Aspira, Mantle of Ophelia, Inferno Pistol - 140. I've realized the Mantle is very nice for holding off large attackers for a little longer. Worth the points. Tank Killer Canoness w/ Jump Pack, Cloak of St. Aspira, Inferno Pistol, Blessed Weapon, Frags, Meltabombs, book of st. lucius - 141 Infantry Support, can kill tanks on the fly. Veteran Superior w/ Eviscerator x2 Sisters w/ Meltaguns x7 Sisters Rhino w/ Smoke, Extra Armor - 227 Veteran Superior w/ Eviscerator x2 Sisters w/ Meltaguns x7 Sisters Rhino w/ Smoke, Extra Armor - 227 Veteran Superior w/ Eviscerator x2 Sisters w/ Meltaguns x7 Sisters Rhino w/ Smoke, Extra Armor - 227 Veteran Superior w/ Eviscerator, Brazier of Holy Fire Sister w/ Heavy Flamer, Sister w/ Flamer x7 Sisters Rhino w/ Extra Armor, Smoke - 235 Veteran Superior w/ Eviscerator, Brazier of Holy Fire Sister w/ Heavy Flamer, Sister w/ Flamer x7 Sisters Rhino w/ Extra Armor, Smoke - 235 Veteran Superior w/ Eviscerator, Brazier of Holy Fire Sister w/ Heavy Flamer, Sister w/ Flamer x7 Sisters Rhino w/ Extra Armor, Smoke - 235 Exorcist w/ Smoke, Extra Armor - 143 Exorcist w/ Smoke, Extra Armor - 143 Veteran Retributor w/ Auspex x4 Retributors w/ Heavy Bolters x1 Retributor - 142 Veteran Dominion w/ Combi-Melta x4 Dominions w/ Meltaguns Immolator w/ Extra Armor, Smoke - 217 Veteran Dominion w/ Brazier of Holy Fire x4 Dominions w/ Flamers Immolator w/ Extra Armor, Smoke - 188 I maintain a firebase of 2 exorcists and 4 heavy bolters, which is solid on all fronts for taking on the foe, who should, will be more concerned with the 8 tanks that happens to be traveling his or her general direction. Instead of running juicy Seraphim (For the seraphim and their price, Im going to see how much more effective dominions are) Im running a Dominion team for lots of fire, the other team dedicated anti-tank aside from the Immolator having its heavy flamers. with even amounts of troop based melta weapons and flame throwers, this is better suited to take on any list, from Hoards to Mech.
