Ok I'm new and want to come up with a nice army. THis is what I'm thinking so far:

*Cannoness
Blessed Weapon or Eviscerator
Book of St. Lucius
Cloak of St. Asliira
Jump Pack

*2 10 women SOB squad, but I don't know what setups each w/ rinos

*Seraphim w/ 5 women
Twin Inferno Pistols x 2
Melta bombs

*2 Imperial Guard Armored Fist Squad, 10 men each; but what set-up

*Leman Russ Battle Tank

So that is my idea so far. I'd like to try to make it a 1000 pt army if possible, maybe help me cut out some and add better? I'd like to have WH & IG, but if much better, maybe SOB & Inquisitor.

This is quite doable. I'm going to do this back-azwards and start with the inducted contingent because I use just such a configuration for my own:

-This gives you a fast, versitile, mechanized platoon that doesn't fear zipping through difficult terrain, and can be used in a variety of roles.
-None of the Tanks are equipped over the top as I expect to use the 'Russ as an armored Spearhead in this kind of Mechinized unit, and I am as likely to run the Chimeras Empty as not.

The reminder is quickly and efficiently devoured by your Cumpulsory choices: Canoness, and 2 Sisters Squads. The Canoness (As Equipped Above) is 100p even if I remember right. But it is well woth it to spend the Extra points to grant her a Bolt Pistol and Frag Grenades so that she can take a shot and so that cover doesn't provide a huge issue for her.
The Two sister Squads will have to be pretty cookie-cutter to fit:

Battle Sisters Squad (9 Sisters + Vet Superior, Meltagun, Flamer) - 140
-Mounted in Rhino (Extra Armor, Dozer Blade) - 60

Including your Canoness this is a Solid 500p Block of Sisters to match your Guard. To Bring you under 1K, I'd drop the Dozer Blade from the Leman Russ and be done with it.

I think the canoness comes to a bit over 100 points with that set up. Good choice on that.

For the seraphim squad. I would give them twin linked flamers instead and use an eviserator and meltabombs for the anti tank hunting. Gives a squad that can both ruin tanks and infantry. Only time to use two inferno pistols is unless you know you are facing a lot of tanks of a skimmers.
