The rules say you can give a character 2 one handed weapons. Can you give a model VSS Seraphim 2 Plasma Pistols? If so do they act as twin-linked?

yep. But you can always put a flamer for seraphims. It's their trademark weapon.

Personally I'm just a big fan of having an Eviscerator on the Veteran Seraphim Superior and not worrying about what she's shooting. The other Seraphim are more than capable of putting out the needed specialist firepower and I believe giving any Sister a Plasma-anything is incredibly unfluffy.

Perhaps that's just me though.

As others have stated, you cannot do this. There are no rules in the rulebook nor codex, which allow you to buy two weapons and use them twin-linked; And you cannot buy the same item twice as already mentioned. So that puts a stopper in it.

However, here's what you can do:

1 - Model a VSS with two plasma pistols.
2 - Wargear wise, pay to have a Bolt Pistol and a Plasma Pistol.
3 - Wargear wise, pay for master-crafting on the Plasma Pistol.

You now have 2 one-handed weapons, and a "twin-linked" plasma pistol as you wanted; and it's legal this way and looks exactly the same and works exactly the same.

You can model the model with 2 plasma pistols. However it wont be twin linked.

HOWEVER you could buy a master crafter plasmapistol and a CCW and model it as 2 plasmapistols. Thats what I've done.
