This should be in the Army Lists section of the Tau board. I will point out that 3 or 4 of your stealth suits don't appear to have support systems, while the other 2 or 3 have target locks and a (hw?) drone controller. If any of the models in the squad take a support system, they ALL must take one (though they can be different support systems).

Your hq can save points and have better wound allocation by changing shas'el, dropping the shield gen for a targeting array and adding a shield drone or two. I also recommend dropping the missile pod for a cyclic ion blaster since you lack good MEQ and TEQ killing power.

I would change the crisis suit with the flamer and fusion to one with TL fusion and shield gen, or a shield drone + drone controller. Since you have pathfinders he can deep strike with relative safety and use his anti tank weapon on something you are having trouble with.

You have a lot of troops and not enough crisis suits. You will do well against horde armies like orks and non-carnifex maxing tyranids. I recommend giving your carbine team all the emp grenades you have on the other teams, so they can manuver and help deal with threats while the others hold the gun line.

Don't add gun drones to fire warriors, also they don't cost anything on vehicles if they come normally. I would either maximise the gun drone squad you have now or scrap it, giving your crisis suits a gun drone/shield drone each to help with wound allocation, or to add more marker drones to the stealth suits. I also recommend buying the stealth team leader his markerlight, since stealth suits can fire all markerlights on the move, as can any attached drones.

The broadside needs a shield drone, otherwise hes dead. I also recommend against the plasma rifles unless you see lots of TEQ units.

The seeker missiles on the hammerhead would do better on the piranha, since it will be easier to have them hit side armor due to the speed of the piranha.

All flechette launchers can be scrapped if you don't fight orks or tyranids, though it can help against other melee armies, just not as much.

The monats are supposed to be targeted individually and taking advantage of jump shoot jump
The stealth suits are supposed to go behind or next to the enemy lines via deep strike.
Squad 1 of FW is supposed to be front lines. Squad 2 is supposed to work on the sides of the table. Squad 3 is behind the lines fire support. The kroot are supposed to provide a threat that can't be ignored, thus slowing them down.
Pathfinders are supposed to scout out and help guide the Deep striking stealth suits with the marker beacon
Gun drones distract and kill stragglers, The piranha provides quick response to any vehicles, broadside provides heavy fire support fro the back of the army, and the rail head kicks butt.

I'm going to be very honest, reading this list was a very painful, nearly vomit inducing experience.  Lets see if I can help clean this up.

HQ:
As Jurai mentioned, make your commander a CIB/PR commander.  Make him an 'O, give him a targetting array in place of a shield generator, give him two shield drones.  Makes him 125 points.

And if you're gonna take a Shas'Vre Helios, make him a shas'el.  Keep the targetting array, give him a stimulant injector to make him a little harder to deal with.  Drones Optional. Cost is 92 points.

Troops:
Shas'Ui w/ An EMP Grenade, Bonding Knife, Drone Controller, Pulse Carbine
x11 Firewarriors w/ Pulse Carbines
x2 Gun Drones - 158

Shas'Ui w/ EMP Grenade, Bonding Knife, Pulse Rifle
x11 Firewarriors w/ Pulse Rifles
Devilfish w/ Disruption Pod - 233

Shas'Ui w/ EMP Grenade, Bonding Knife, Pulse Rifle
x11 Firewarriors w/ Pulse Rifles
Devilfish w/ Disruption Pod - 233

Shas'Ui w/ EMP Grenade, Bonding Knife, Drone Controller
x7 Firewarriors w/ Pulse Carbines, EMP Grenades
x2 Gun Drones - 139

Keep kroot the same

Fast Attack:
Shas'Ui w/ Target Lock, Bonding Knife, EMP Grenade
x2 Pathfinders w/ Railrifles and Target Locks (Assuming these are the models you own)
x3 Pathfinders
Devilfish w/ Disruption Pod - 192

x6 Gun Drones - 72

Pirahna w/ Fusion Blaster, Targetting Array, Disruption Pod, Sensor Spines, Fletchette Discharger - 95

Heavy Support:
Hammer head w/ Railgun, Smart Missile System, Multi-Tracker, Target Lock, Disruption pod - 180

Broadside Team Leader w/ Stabilizers, Smart Missile System, Hardwired Drone Controller and Bonding Knife, x2 Shield Drones - 115

Elites:
Stealth Team Leader w/ Fusion Blaster, Hardwired Target Lock, Targetting Array, Hardwired Drone Controller and Bonding Knife, Markerlight.
x2 Stealth Suits w/ Targetting Arrays
Markerlight Drone - 167

Stealth Team Leader w/ Fusion Blaster, Hardwired Target Lock, Targetting Array, Bonding Knife, Markeright
x2 Stealth Suits w/ Targetting Arrays - 137

Crisis Team Leader w/ Twinlinked Fusion Blaster, Flamer - 52

The army list total is 2172 points, much more efficient and clean looking.  Upgrades are done correctly and in the right spots.  You're welcome.

I'll wait for comments until I see a cleaned-up version of this. For now, all I'm going to do is look at cleaning up the jumbled mess. First, there are point costs wrong all over the place. The only things with correct point costs are the Kroot, gun drones, pirahna, broadside, and hammerhead. The fire warriors are just a mess, first and foremost is the idea that grenades not bought as wargear for the shas'ui must be bought for the entire squad, so no 1 or 2 EMP grenades in 8-12 man squads. Second, drone controllers must be bought with at least one drone. Next, unless the first crisis shas'vre is made to join squads, the bonding knife is useless.
Moving on, MDRedeemer, a couple of your squads have incorrect point costs, such as the stealth teams, pathfinders, and fire warriors. Also, giving a Shas'o a target array is useless, as his BS cannot go above 5 for the time being.

I guess I did, well I suppose thats what happens when I take time out my day at 7am to do this before sleeping  :P  The firewarriors in the fish should be 10 points -cheaper-  Make the first 'O an 'El, pathfinders should be 200, and both stealth teams cost 5 points more.  Fair observations, but nothing to get in a bundle over when its obvious this list is mostly a maximum army arrangement.

Totally understandable. No getting into a bundle, I just wanted to make sure this refined list was correct after the mess that started the thread. Giving somebody with bad info more bad info is just counter-productive.
