Default Storm Troopers (Or suitable equivalent) & a Missile Launcher

Hi, Shas'o Tau Dev'n Kauyon here, and I have fallen in love with Storm Troopers, I want to field a KTeam out of them actually, and I really want them to have a Missile Launcher, I don't have the IG Codex so I just need to know if this is somehow possible.

Now, when I say Storm Troopers, I mean either the actual Storm Troopers listed in the Codex or an equivelent, I have heard Vet's make much better units to use in KTeam, and that's fine so long as I have the same abilities as Storm Troopers, IE:

Infiltrate
Carapace Armor
Krak and Frag Grenades

And, as stated, I want a Missile Launcher as my Heavy weapon, and would like some Special Weapons as well if possible.

Is there any way for me to do this?

Well honestly i dont see the point of a heavy weapon in killteam...........

But according to the rules (well the ones i have) your special weapon should be either plasma-gun or melta-gun.
As for a heavy weapon i dont even know if you can have one.

But yes Veterans are alot (alot) better if you give them carapace armour then ST to model and costomize. Plus they look cooler.

Vets can have all of the things you want, as well they can have a variety of special weapons:

Meltagun, Grenade Launcher, Plasma Gun, and a Flamer.

They can have up to 3 of these without breaking any laws, and you can chose 3 weapon choices, either lasgun, laspistol and ccw, or a shotgun, so they are more customizable.

You are allowed one heavy weapon in KTeam, without breaking any laws.

Assuming the squad you use can take them normally.

Are Vet's allowed to take a missile launcher?

I know Storm Troopers can take all thsoe special weapons but I don't think they have access to heavier weapons, do vets?

Yes, vets may take a heavy weapons team. They may chose it to be a missile launcher.

Well, I run by old IG, so corerect me if I am wrong, but I believe ST are allowed to have 2 special weapons, either a melta, plasma, flamer, or grenade launcher. Vets can have 3 special weapons, all of those mentioned, and a plasma PISTOL, in addition. They also have the option: Any model may exchange his lasgun for a laspistol and CC weapon, or bolter, or sniper (maximum of one per squad)
2 models may form a heavy weapons teram containig: HB, autocanno, missle l., lascannon, mortar.
As for the way of Heavy weapons in ST squads: the codex says that due to the infiltration aspect, as in deploying grav-chuts, the ST squad is not permitted to carry heavey weapons.

If you are doing an all stormtrooper kill team, the IG codex says that stormtroopers can have two of the mentioned special weapons. However they cannot take a heavy weapon. The vet has access to the armoury. If you want a missile launcher (which, IMO, you will not be able to use due to the fact that you will have to move) than you can combine squads, but this would be breaking a law.

Only one choice, or only one Sniper Rifle, or only one of each choice?

Huh, that sux.

Also, I forgot that I want targeters too, is there any way for vets to have those?

I'm starting to think this is a futile effort...

Maybe I will just make them brutes
