Default I have some cash rolling around...

As the title of this thread suggests, I have a bit o' cash rolling around, and I was wondering how to best spend it, would you say that getting 2 Shadowsword/Stormlord kits was a good idea (Bearing in mind that I do play apocalypse on a regular basis)?
What other ways can you recommend putting ~100 into 40k effectively?

Thanks guys

- Elzy

I'd buy a lot of LRBT's. I'm not a big fan of the Superheavies.

My best friend is buying a Reaver, so should I get Leman Russes because then I'll have loads that'll be difficult for him to kill?

Emperor's Fist tank company is the best thing in Apoc imo.

Well, i suppose that it all might just depend on what your army is like. As you could spam millions of sentinals just for fun, hav a huge colum of LR's (vanq's would be cool/good if u done have them already), or even a line of artillery but how about a stormblade or something else to give your army a bit more flavour like a marauder, macharuis or gorgan.

As you could probably see, i'm a man who loves his tanks, even if they don't have the best stats, but are just good looking. well that little ramble was my humble opinion , i just wish i could be in the same postion as yourself

I'll set out the story, me and my 40k mates do a huge Apocalypse battle every holiday (8-10k points per side), next time we do one, there will be:

1 Blood Angels Reaver Titan
1 Ultramarines Warhound Titan
1 Space Marine Banesword
1 Chaos Stormlord
3-5 Monoliths
and whatever superheavy I decide to get. :P
Just to clarify, I will have 90-105 spare by the end of the week.

Make a ton of Defense lasers.
They're cheap and you can easily make 10+ for that much money.

Realistically, there's a lot of option for you. I quite favor making Manticore turrets and Deathstrikes, but you can do pretty much anything. :P

The most important thing I can suggest, is actually about the game itself. Take breaks, plan your moves on their turn and get the basic team responsibilities down before the game starts. A week+ at least.

manticores are almost never a bad way to spend money. I have two of them myself. Apocalypse is an even better way to use them. But for that kind of dough facing that many titans I'd go with one of these:

or just
