here is my 1000 pt list fora deathworld army. c&c is appreciated

hq:captian-bolt pistol, power weapon
* * d.v. medic, bolt pistol,cc weapon

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *total:126

catachan devils: vet sgt-storm bolter,power weapon

Looks fairly good, although i don't have any experience with Death World armies. Anyway I would throw in some demolition charges, but thats just cause I think they're funny. Besides all that good balance of antitank(melta) and the obligatory flamer.

Drat them restriction Lascannons for Jungle Fighters!

I personally think you should have one or two Missile Launchers in the list somewhere - they'll just get mullered in a non-jungle map!

i will just have the heavy flamers inter changable and switch the patrols for somthing like mortars

Anyways, how much point is there to use Deathworlder's in a non jungle environment(much like the Kroot Merc list)? Seriously, how many people use it without being sure of jungle terrain, or at least moderately sure?

good point, but, there are always exceptions. all that catachans lack are tanks, and you can give them that.

For a catachan army, A TABLE WITHOUT TERRAIN IS A NIGHTMARE. And another bad trhing is you dont have much in the way of anti-tank items. frankly on a non jungle/terrained board your screwed (well in my experience).

But finglofin i dont see much wrong at all. Its your list and i dont know what you play against but it looks fine from here.
