Default Naming Tanks and other Fighting Vehicles

I'm in the process of building up an armoured company and have been trying to come up with some "pet names" for my tanks. Some of the ones I've come up with so far include:

Old Croaker
Death in a Box (Chimera - with dual inference)
Queen Ta'uk'me (my CO is a woman)
Hello Roadkill
Life Under Fire
Right of Way
Aims to Misbehave
Plays with Matches
Bang, You're Dead!
Back to Blighty
Thin Red Line
Perfect Headshot
Shitkicker
Ironshanks
Level Header
Nutcracker

Does anyone else have any cool names for their vehicles?

Note that I'm not asking about slogans, I realise we've had a thread on that before and I've already scrolled through it for inspiration (see Right of Way and Aims to Misbehave)

Well, (classy) women's names have always been popular to use in the military, both for vehicles and weapons.
Bertha, Catherine, Daisy, Florence etc.

I've always liked Latin, or "High Gothic" names. Here's a few, along with a rough translation.

Mechanicus Rex ["Machine King"].
Fortis Imperiatus ["Strong Imperial"].
Deus Ex Ordinatus ["God from the Ordnance"].
Deus Mortis ["God (of) Death"].

Aye. Latin is great for nice, Imperial names. Though I have reserved such for titians and other super-heavies...

Your average main battle tank would probably be given a name in High Gothic when built and I do like the sound of them. They would probably have more informal names given as well, especially after a few centuries of service during which they'll have seen their fair share of epic battles and freakish incidents, not to mention developed a character of their own.

Technology of Peace :Technology of Pacis
Peace Maker: Pacis Plasmator
Divine Machine: Divininus Apparatus

Damn. That really does work well. I'll have to remember this when I start guard in May...

BTW, what's 'of' in latin, as the transalator I found wouldn't translate that.

I actually really like the names reference the higher power the legion follows.

Emperors anger-Hellhound
Strike of the gods-Demolisher
Reign of light-Basilisk battery
Emperor encarnate-Baneblade

I've always named my imperial tanks. Though not in quite the same way...my guard don't have any tanks but my marines, well...Freemsy (predator 3 lascannons) Whooshy (whirlwind) Boomsy and Bangsy (pair of vindicators)

The same style will apply to my guard tanks when they are bought.

While I don't name my tanks, I do give them number designations though.
