Default Inquisitor Lord Vader's Personal Army

I thought I'd convert this army to grab some best army awards. I have looked online and found this site Star Wars Themed Army and I think that I can definately improve this, mainly by tightening up the theme and armylist choices as well as painting better, not that im great just better. I decided to go for the imperial army and with this in mind I wrote the following army list. I can't really decide what to add. Submitted for you assistance:

(Imperial Guard Army with attached Witchhunters):

HQ:

1+ Inquisitor Lord Vader (Force Weapon=Lightsaber)
3+ Henchmen

1+ Grand Moff Tarkin's Command Squad

Elite:

Stormtroopers (either as Veterans with Carapace Armor or as stormtroopers)

Bounty Hunter (Assassin)

Troops:

Stormtroopers (Grenadiers)

Fast Attack:

ATSTs (Sentinel Squad)

Heavy Support:

None

What other doctorines besides Grenadiers, Carapace Armor (for the Command Units), and Stormtroopers would you recomend?

If there are any star wars fanatics out there please give me some more
star wars vehicles/personel => warhammer 40k units
particularly heavy support (I need big guns)!

What would a ATAT be best represented as (please dont say VDR, I want this tourney legal)?

All Stormtroopers will have BS 4 (lol)

I suppose a Leman Russ could be an AT-AT... with some serious converting.

heavy weapon squads. when they storm hoth, they have those rapid fire lazer platforms which could be autocannons or heavy bolters, or even las cannons. good luck

I made some rules for AT-AT's. I will get them to you as soon as I have dug them out again.....oh, and Also I would advise the use of Grey Knights as Emperors Royal Guard, just never use their storm bolters.

Which brings me to my next point in this post...I am embarking on a similar quest, which I started a long time ago......What Temple do you think Boba Fett would belong to?

Well considering Jango Fett as a template (who we see more of in combat situations), I'd agree with Vindicare.

I see both of them as being too close ranged for Vindicare...I've found some rules for him now though, so i'll use those.

Only thing I can think to add is you could model some speeder bikes and use the cavalry rules for them. Not very accurate of the way they are in the RotJ, but would look nice in the army.
