Default Baneblade?

i look at them and think... i want...

but then i look at the price.

it's just not really worthwhile is it? you can't use it in most games, the only games games you could easily play it in aren't available were i live, and no-one has the size of army needed for a good apocalypse game. that, and my local store is offering me 2 for 100 [a 20 saving, woop] but i don't know if i want 1 let alone 2. anything to help this difficult decision would be grateful.

Well if you like the model and are prepared to pay the price, then it's like buying a model kit, normal model kits don't really do a lot..

I also like to play with mine especially my landspeeders and buggies *VRROOOOOMM*

Probably not without serious accusations of cheese...that is, unless you were to spend another 40 to buy IA1 and use the rules in that. Much more balanced for small games.

Buy them, sell one on eBay. It'll recoup the price of it, maybe even turn up a slight profit, making the one a really good deal. Otherwise enjoy the models. You can use it since you've got IA1. If you keep both you can see if your opponent wants to use one as well, that way you can build a standard list with normal point values then tack on the Baneblades afterwards.
