Default New Codex

What would you guys like to see in the next guard codex?
me, I would like some better psykers, more doctrines, and maybe bringing back the old russ variants.

I think more Russ varients is something for Armoured Companies. The only thing I would like to add is the Griffon. We've got two different flavours of tank, so why not two different flavours of heavy indirect fire support? Bring back the Griffon!

Heavy stubbers as a weapon choice.

Most likely. I'd take it any way as long as they included it, though.

You know, I remember in the old LATD list a squad could have both a heavy bolter and a heavy stubber. That would be pretty cool.

Heavy Stubbers as a special weapon for all Guard infantry. I'm thinking of something along the lines of a SAW or something similar.

I'd love my tanks back. Vanquisher, Exterminator and Griffon. Perhaps have a base cost for the chassis, then have the different weapons cost their appropriate amounts.

But seriously, a Guardsman, I'm willing to bet, could a) outshoot me, b) give me the beating of my life, and c) shove more squad-based tactics down my throat than I'd ever care to digest. Guard are hard, hard men. Whether or not GW's inconsistent, Marine-worshipping fluff keeps with that, mkay?

Real men fight in tanks!

NO! No Baneblade. I'd like to see the ability to take 2 different armies from the IG Codex; the AC and the normal footsloggers.
