We just stand there as they and their superior Tau allies destroy us ;D

Gue'vesa allow me to collect the Guard army (or two... or three...) that I love, while still maintaining my hatred for the Imperium! They really make a great addition to the character of the Tau, representing their tolerance for everybody (plus they work great with my Cadre).

I think preaching hatred and persecution against the Gue'vesa is wrong. Clearly, we should offer them our love and friendship, and as a symbol of this, I encourage all Guard forces who meet Gue'vesa to send them gifts of ammunition, at high speed.

On that note, the Battlecannon's muzzle velocity can quite easily hurl a shell well over a mile at astounding speed. Be sure to send it armed. I mean, what good is an unarmed shell to anyone?

Truly, it is better to give than to receive. ;D

And in the Imperial Guard who better to give to? Than those who turned on you...

For it is not the bullet with your name on it you need worry about, but the artillery shell addressed 'To Whom It May Concern'.

Can you seriously call the descendants of traitors that? The people who betrayed the Imperium are long dead, you're preaching hate about their children that were never born in the Imperium to begin with.

And besides, they were all left to die by their beloved Imperium, I think the real betrayal here lies on you guys. The Tau gave them a chance when you all gave up.

Seconded!

Even if a Gue'vesa prefers the Imperium, he's just trying to survive by staying with the Tau. You can't blame him for wanting to live!

Of course you can blame him. If he was truly loyal to the Imperium he wouldn't care about just trying to survive. He, and his descendants should still be waging the war until the last of them die.

I'd be willing to offer mercy to the descendants of traitors. After all, all they knew was life under their uncaring alien overlords. There's always room on Mordant for acid miners or on Savlar for miners of whatever it is they mine there.

Plus, the techpriests are always looking for more servitors.

But kill them? No, that's just barbaric.
