Default Baneblade Chassis Tanks
Just a quickie to see what people like, purely based on look and performance - what they'd most like to see in their army. The fact that a Baneblade's £60 and a Shadowsword's £150 makes no odds here =)

My fave's the Stormblade, and when my tank company is finished I shall save up and purchase one...

Note: Said Tank Company is not yet started. When it is, it'll be a project that you'll all get to follow on the hobby boards - if you guys think it'd be interesting. I plan to build a tank company of red tanks (screw camouflage ;D) with a Chinese theme. Once I've finished painting all these Necrons... >_>

They're actually bringing out a Shadowsword conversion kit for the GW model.

But regarding efficiency, the Baneblade in unbeatable. Unfortunate as it is, none of the others really have firepower that I would consider to justify their points - while a Titan-Killer weapon is powerful, a second Ordinance template, two lascannons, and another Heavy Bolter mount make the Baneblade more effective against everything but enemy super-heavies.

I have to say that I love the look of the.... Stormblade is it? The one with the Plasma Blastgun.

But I love the Shadowsword rules.

Ditto. The current rules suck though. Looking forward to Imperial Armour: Apocalypse; the update should make it a formidable tank again.

Stormblade. I love anything that uses plasma, and the stormblade has the biggest plasma weapon around.

I will have to say the Baneblade due to its sheer amount of fire holy fire power I can throw at the heathenish foes. Since I never fight any super heaviesI don't need titan killing, and even if I do fight one I still have enough Anti-tank power to finish one off easily enough.

I prefer the original Baneblade over any other variants as far as sheer killy-ness.

However, I've got to say that the Stormblade and Shadowsword both look quite cool as well.
