Hey!

Carapace armour
Do I need to give the CA option from the Armory to all Characters that can choose from the armory?? Or does the doctrine covers them too??

Iron Discipline
Are Vet. Sergeant regarded as Officers?? I want all my Officers to have that option because I'll only have Vet Sergeants on my IG army and I don't wanna spend point on vox caster... so I want all my Squads to use the Vet Sergeant (or JO or SO/HSO, depending on the squad) LD... for fluff reason, they are often send where vox communication are difficult so they got rid of those vox casters...

PS Yeah I know, I'm changing alot my ideas for my IG... but I'm looking for an Elite one, well diciplined, well armoured, veterans of several wars, always found in the thick of the fight... that's whay all those questions! :-[

1) Carapace Doctrine must be bought for every squad that can buy it... thus an army with Carapace Doctrine cannot purchase Carapace from the armoury (everyone's got it already!).

2) "Officers" are JOs, SOs and HSOs. Commissars and Veteran Squad Sergeants are also allowed "Officer Only" equip.

Dang... that doesn't solved my vox caster problem... usefull for the Iron Discipline then... ???

If they had Chem-inhalers, wouldn't that make them not as elite?

Yeah I know... I'm trying to see how I could change the cowardness of that doctrine for something that would looks less like a bunch of drug addicts!

give all infantry squad vox -casters...if your hq is a senior officer, don't give a vox to the platoon officer because they both have ld 8...

I think I'll have no choice... Well, vox-casters and Iron Discipline! Master-vox for maximum effect on my army. So, on HSO, max-vox, all other CS with vox plus all my squads with vox... all my officer with iron discipline to make sure i'll always have one with ID if the other hit dirt during a battle... thanks!

Not that vox casters are bad, actually, thay make a squad look unique...

Hmmm, if I give all my Squad a Vet Sergeant, they will all have the Ld of a Basic SM which is not bad. The only problem is that a HW platoon only have one good leader and it the JO... no Sergeant in the HW squad... :'(

And using the chem-inhaler will cost more than the vox-thing... but the chem-thing gave you nice bonuses (stupid drugs!! ;D)...

Well, I have to get back to my IG codex snd study it with a closer look... I might find what I'm lookin' for with more study!
