Default How to avoid necrons redeployment rule?

hi guys. ive been wondering as imperial guard how do you avoid the necrons redeployment rule. any help ould be appreciated.

Target the units that count as necron. Force him to phase out. No matter how fancy his gizmos are if you phase 'im then you win!

what i mean is, what is the best way to minimise inneffective deployment. or does it not matter?

Use lots of Sentinels with their scout rule? Use the mechanised infantry doctrine perhaps?

Or force him to sweat in HIS deployment! I have a feeling that three bassies (or russies) pointing down at them from afar will cause a few slip ups - allowing you a bit of breathing space.

Hmm, if he's usuing "Grand Illusion", then he must have the Deciver with him. However, there is nothing you can do about it (since it happens before first turn). The only thing you can do is make sure all your key units are out of sight.
