Default Kursk 15th Assassination Team 'Sirdar Slayers'

The Sirdar Slayers were an assembled unit from the Kursk 15th Regiment of the Imperial Guard, a kill-team tasked soley with the deletion of a Sirdar of the Blood Pact. Despite the odds against them, the ten-man team suffered only 50% casualties and was able not only to completel their objective, but also to call for extraction. They five surviving members were commended highly for their actions, as well as being given a hero's welcome from their fellow soldiers.

The Sirdar Slayers costs ?100? Points for the five, and my be taken in an Imperial Guard army as an Elites choice.

Unit Type: Infantry
Squad: 5 Sirdar Slayers
Weapons: Master-Sergeant Furkin is armed with a Bolter with a Targeter (+1 BS). Corporal Ivan Myrdin is armed with a Grenade Launcher and a Hellgun. Corporal Tygrus Kaal is armed with a Sniper Rifle with a Thermal-Scope (affording him the Enhanced Senses USR). Privates Markel and Aleksandr are armed with Lasguns. All Sirdar Slayers have Autopistols and Frag Grenades.

Special Rules:
Against the Odds: The Sirdar Slayers proved to be capable of surviving almost impossible situations, and they tended to their own wounds while staying in the fight. Each member of the squad may reroll a single failed armour save each turn.
Assassins: To acheive their mission, the Sirdar Slayers were forced to opperate behind enemy lines and avoid detection. The team may Deep Strike or Infiltrate when allowed by the scenario.

I'd like some further input - namely, would you like me to include the slain Slayers, and what would make good rules for boarding vehicles?

How did I know someone would make this?

I'd say this:

Include all members, but include a special rule:

Hijacking: The SS may hijack an enemy vehicle. To do this, they must be in base-to-base contact with any non-walking or skimming vehicle. They may not fire that turn. The vehicle may operate normally, but the SS counts as riding on it, so follow it where it goes. At the end of the turn, roll a D6 for each crew member in the vehicle. If more than half roll a 4+ [they're killed on 4+], the SS takes the vehicle, and may operate it as normal. All SS that do not fit in the vehicle may ride on the back.

I like your ideas! I was thinking of making an actual unit, like a Kill Team.

I'll write rules for them as well, why don't we all put rules for them up?

The win that was handed to me?

???

If anything, I detonated a Klkn load of explosives and the Sirdar group was like "ooh, a grenade went off."

I was determined to blow out half the trench, but the rules of god modding don't permit that you see out your action. You can shoot, but the target decided whether they get hit.

My dude should have been awarded a Posthumous Medallion Crimson, and/or been entered on the Regimental Honor Roll.
