Default Teutonian 9th Mechanicus Regiment

Hey, with the new deathkorps models coming out i thought of turning my steel legion Guerra regiment into something different.

The Teutonian 9th is a specialist regiment, dedicated to guarding key Mechanicus buildings and individuals on Teutonia. Unlike Skitarii Legions the Mechanicus Regiment isn't controlled by the Adeptus Mechanicus but is part of the Teutonian Imperial Guard regiments but are given to the priests as an 'honour guard' since the Teutonian people view the Adeptus Mechanicus as honoured guests. The 9th regiment usually accompanies the adeptus into dangerous research and excavation sites, or on diplomatic missions with potential hostile xenos. Due to this they are equiped with the best the techpriests can offer, allowing them to arrive at any location at a moments notice.

Standard Guard Equipment:
Combat Fatigues
Belt Harness
Combat Boots
Leather Gloves
Surivival and First Aid Kit
Folding Stock Las-carbine
Adamantium Bayonets
Flak Trenchcoat
Talasian Pattern Refractor Field generator
Armaplas Helmet with built-in vox-system
Full Gasmask and rebreather
3 Frag grenades
4 las clips
Infantrymans Uplifting Primer

Sergeants Are given a Laspistol and Chainsword instead of a lasgun. They are also given a tactical map, personal teleport homer and incense burner.

Favorite Special Weapon: Plasmagun
Favortie Heavy Weapon: Heavybolter
Favorite Vehicle: Sentinel

Combat Doctrines:
Iron Discipline(all teutonian regiments have it)
Drop Troops(teleporting in)
Cybernetics(Talasian refractor field generator)
Techpriests(duh)

Special Rules:
Scions or Mars: Standard Infantry platoons use a Techpriest as a platoon commander instead of a Junior Officer. Techpriests taken in this manner have the Iron Discipline and Leadership special rules, but may not use the Blessing of the Omnissia(spelling?) rule.
Rapid Reaction: The 9th is required to move out to all kinds of battlefields withint hours notice, and thus have access to requisition troops from other regiments without notice. The last doctrine may be used to free up another restricted unit choice(i.e. stormtroopers ratlings etc.)

I was thinking the horribly over priced cybernetics forced unto every squad would compensate for the free leadership bonus on priests(plus the lose of Blessing), what do you guys think?

Also, would it be feasable to have an entire regiment teleporting? Obviously this wouldn't happen for a normal one but this regiment is probably alot smaller and is under the control of the Mechanicus. The same thing applies to the Talasian refractor field generators. These are basic and weak field generators attached to the inside of the soldiers greatcoat. Their purpose is to provide the squad a line of defence to survive the first seconds of heavy incoming fire which is bound to happen when you teleport into the middle of a necron tomb site.

Modelwise ill be using steel legion with old school space marine backpacks. Ill be converting some techpriests to make them look more like combat leaders and i might use heavybolter servitors instead of heavy weapons models.

the idea of the whole regiment teleporting in my opinion is ludicrous, but i think you'd have to have a least a squad or two and maybe the odd tank on the feild on the first turn

Forge World/Mechanicus regiment, full teleportation is very possible. Especially for leaders and guarding important people.
