Elysian Las-Cutters??? Can't find them
I am putting together some Elysian's I purchased recently. All I can say is wow, very nice detail. But very heavy on the wallet.
I was looking at FW and found the Elysian "Lascutters" what or where can I find what exactly these are. Thanks WT

I'm presuming these are either another name for a lasgun or it's a kind of las-knife.

here it is:
 found on http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/elylascutters.htm The rules are in Imperial armour: the anphelion project. They are used to open the doors of the anphelion base. Basicaly terminators have the chainfist, tyranids rending and IG lascutter to open those sealed doors. |

Not even close Elessar. The rules are completely differentr and rather overly complicated

I did some more searching, all I could find was that it hints at them being used in siege operations, busting doors or bunkers. I think they are being designed to go with the Cities of Death theme. So that is going to be two books I will need to buy soon. I already have the IA3 with the basic Elysian list, but the IA4 adds to it.
Let me start counting my pennies so I can get a Cities of Death and IA4. WT

I doubt anyone would complain if you used them as Meltaguns. It's what I'd do.

A single full-strength hit but with no range (basetobase) and can only be used on stationry objects with an armour value.

I suppose if you play them as they are... but as WG said, a close range high-powered armour busted might as well be a Meltagun, and you have to find people who are pretty well up on their fluff to even know what Lascutters are to contradict you.
