Try Mail Order, they've got a few in stock.

They do turn up in GW stores sometimes.

Failing that, try e-bay, or perhaps a veteran player who's selling his models.

Finally, just convert one. With a bit of work, you could convert any suitably-sized weapon (try a Demol cannon) into a heavy mortar, then stick it to a Basilisk body and you're done!

Wow, you didn't yell at him about not playing Cadians... It's like a different Wargamer...

Anyway, I'd say the best bet is Ebay, and failing that, mail order.

Oh, and good job with the Griffin, they're great tanks!

Shelf space is the offical response.

They wanted to make room for new stuff and the Guard got cut back. Why they decided this particular piece of kit had to go is beyond me though. form the sounds of things it was probably one of the most usefull artillery pieces.

on the other hand it was pretty much Guard only. No other army used it like the Leman Russ or in great numbers so that might ahve had something to do with it. In any case I don't think it would take that much to convert one from a Chimera kit.

if your going to make one that fits with the "new" IG tanks, then it doesent really matter- stick a mortar crew and a huge mortar in the flatbed from an earthshaker. Anyway here yah go

Yes, this God-like vehicle is a must have for all IG players, so much so that I have developed a specialist form of turette's syndrome, whereby I inadvertantly quote, with perfect accuracy, the rules for this tank. However, it only happens in certain circumstances (usually out of public view)...
