Well, I am starting to put to together my Elysian Force and I am finding that I have to convert quite few Sergeants and Vet Sgts because there is no Plasma pistol arms in the regular troop package.

So, I am asking you Veteran IG player for you comments on this list.

Elysian Company Command Platoon
Captain - Plasma Pistol, Lasgun, Frag.
Medi-pack Master Vox, Plasma Gun, Frag.
Veteran Sgt with Plasma Pistol Lasgun.

Anti Tank Squad 3 x Missile Launchers 3 X Lasguns

Fire Support Squad 3 x Heavy Bolters 3 x Lasguns

Special Weapons 2 x Meltaguns, Demo Charge, 3 x Lasguns

Tota l for 441

I am converting some plasma pistols but I am not sure what to use as a CCW or Hellpistol.

I would like to hear what everyone thinks of the list. This is my first IG list so please be gentle.

I am using the Elysian set up in IA3.

Drop Troops

Will you be using valkyries?

EDIT: oh yeah- 1000 pts. If I were you I'd use Valkyries in a 1500 list... I once made an Elysian 1500 that had 5 squads in a Valkyrie, and one Vulture along with other squads that were flyer-less. It looked like good fun, but I didn't have the money to do it.

Your list looks pretty good. Are you using FW models?

Well, I just purchased a Vulture and Valkyrie. I got them in a good deal. They need a little fixing up but are complete. My current list does not have them in there, but I don't think they will work in under 1000 points.

I will be using Forge World models. These are great models but they do need a lot of work done to them. Currently, I am in the process of putting them together.

I am just not sure about the sentinels, I am thinking of droping the hvy bolter Sentinel and using the points for something else.

Hmmm... I like it, but drop the Vet Sarge who has nothing. Use the points on something exciting for your SO...

Other than that, I like it!

Please, PLEASE show us some models, preferably in the Vulture or Valkyrie. I love the models, but they're too darn expensive!

Thanks for commenting. I think I will do that change to my list. I will see about posting some pics tomarrow.

I have two units fully assembled one partially assembled. One unit, my command unit has some paint on it.

I strongly recomend improved comms on one of the senitinals, though you may think 25 points!?!?! It could get you another 25 men on the battlefeild...

I like the list though, I prefer to kit up my sqads with heavy weapons, its just 10 points for a hvy bolter.
