Chapter Tactics: Combat Tactics becomes 1. Thunderhammers are Master Crafted 2. Flamers, Heavy Flamers, Meltas, and Multi Meltas are twinlinked 3. Tatical Squads may take a Flamer for +5 points or Heavy Flamer for +15 points in lieu of a plasma cannon, multi melta, or missle launcher.

Equipment: Blazebringer (Heavy Flamer); Magmadriver, the Gift of the Forge (Master Craft Thunder Hammer); Cloak of Volcanus (4+ Inv. Save)

Wreath of Fire: Squads attatched to Rosaron count as being on the charge when they are charged by the opponent (The opponent also keeps their +1 attack for the charge)

Gift of the Forge: Once per Assault, Rosaron may forgo using his Thunderhammer's attack to inflict a single wound instantly. Opponents must choose a model in base to base contact for this wound, and invulnerable saves may be taken against it.

I started with Vulkan but added and changed stuff so im not sure where he stands now. I don't want him to be too crazy expensive but I kinda went insane with the rules lol. What are people thinking this is worth points wise? What should I scrap or change about him to keep him at 200 points or below? Any help appreciated!

I think he's too similar to Vulkan... I'd just stick with Vulkan, in all honesty.
