I posted something like this a great while ago, but now they are finished, and the are perfect!!

Extremist squad 0-1 per army (Elite choice)
Squad cap: 4 + sarge
points: 20 per model (including sarge)
Stats: Normal Space Marine stats
Weapon(s): Eviscerators (yeah baby )
Special rules: They can pick either the Furious Charge or Counter-Attack at +3 per model BUT NOT BOTH!!!
They MUST take a Drop Pod!!
Options: The Sarge may take Termie honors at +15, and ma pick items from the armory, but NOT weapons!!

Fluff: When Space Marine show a knack for close combat fighting, they are usually put into Assault Squads. Yet, even in Assault squads there are those who are better then their brethren. In the Howling Falcons, these individuals are sometimes put into special drop squads, known as Extremist Squads. They are trained in using Eviscerators. Since the Chapter only has about 40 of these hallowed weapons, it is an honor to be an Extremist.

Last thing: If you are using experience points in a campaign, Assault squads which have more than 600 experience may be upgraded to Extremists (only in Howling Falcon armies!)

That's a mighty expensive unit, and I would not call them perfect...

3+ save won't help you much, and these are not fas units. True, they get to deepstrike, but what about after that?
