Codex: Confederate Marine Corps

My brainchild codex is back. This time in semi-respectable .pdf codex form. Still on quite the loosing streak but it's becoming more balanced with the other 40k races. Been play-testing a lot. Its biggest weakness is still against MEQs but it's getting there.
