First off, some Q and A:

Q: DEAR SWEET VAUL, WHY!?

Now, that done with; Kids, do not attempt this at home. The A.E.U.G. equivalent of infantry, the GM, is more than 18 m tall, and about as dexterous and agile as its human pilot. Oh, and they all seem to have titan-scale lightsabres as backup weapons.

In short, whoever designed this universe is utterly insane. :funny:

Just to warn everybody; I'm basing this codex on my understanding of the Gundam universe, which is in turn based on what I can glean from Dynasty Warriors: Gundam. So for all you Gundam fanatics out there, if I'm flat out wrong on something, lemme know.

Which Gundam timeline are you going with anyway (The Cosmic Era, The After Colony era, or the Universal Century era)? I assume that you are talking about the first every gundam timeline, which is the Universal Century one.


There is the Earth Federation Forces and the Zeon forces, each one having their own special stuff in them. Also what battlefield do you want your codex to be? Space or earth?

Ground, rather. I just realized after some research that a large number of the units I was going to put together are actually from totally disparate time lines. ???

Oh well. The Dynasty Warriors version had the cooler ones anyways. :P

Time lines are pretty complex. First you have UC (Gundam to Victory Gundam), then AC (Gundam Wing to G Gundam), CE (Gundam Seed/Desitny/Stargazer) and now 2300 AD (Gundam 00). So take your pick.

Actually, DON'T. Because the UC has roughly 10 different series within it. And most people who watched Gundam started with Wing.

I got Dynasty Warriors Gundam for christmas, great game. Forget the different timelines and just use the best mobile suits from all of them.

It's about time someone did something like this!

Meh, I'd pick the UC and only do the mobile suits and sides that are in the One Year War. Federation with GM's and variants against Zeon with Zakus and variants.

You will probably recieve so much flak for this...The Tau did when they came out.

Most of the Gundams have weapons that are more likened to Aeronaticus strength weapons. Heck most of the later series had Gundams taking out Space ships in a matter of seconds. Wing Gundam would probably be the hardest to balance in terms of damage.

Well i can always remember seeing wing zero custom, i.e the winged one :P taking out a starship with its dual busters. So yer balancing may be difficult =/

Points, mon amis, points. Buckets and buckets of points. This force will be unplayable in regular 1500 point games.

The "Buster" you're referring to has been observed to reduce about four city blocks to smoking[, unrecognizable] ruin. That was the twin-linked mode, also.

On the other hand, the mega particle cannons on the Argama vapourized a mountain... :sadnshocked:

Not sure how big it was, though. :shifty:

The busters also took out a colony.
