I think so, but if you can spend money online, don't use it at the GW site. If you spend enough time on Ebay, you can find the models you want, new and on sprue (Missing the box) for almost 60% off. Because of Ebay, I buy my models at a better discount than the Gamesworkshop worker's themselves.

No, the GW website doesn't require an account (At least not the Canadian one) but you need to have access to a credit card though.

But as Drummer say for cheaper model eBay or nobleknight.com are better.

Or just give your support directly to the people who make your favourite game, and buy off the GW site ...
You dont need an account, just enter your payment details.

Yes, To be honest, i'm more inclined to spend cash with GW rather than using the web (even though i routinly buy stuff off the web)

The knowledge that GW has made a loss the last couple of financial years makes me want to support them a bit too. [Though in fact they did manage to make some money in their last year (june 07-June08 - though a lot less than the loss they made last year)].

Well yes.

For big order I go directly to GW, especially if I want a specific model. I used eBay and Noble knight mostly for OOP models.

Basically, if you have the money to spend, just buy it at the GW site, if you are on a budget, forget the store loyaly and troll Ebay for deals. I just got 10 Serraphim Un-painted for $30 free shipping, thats about 65% off.

buying the models at all is suporting GW, they make them and sell them at retail (or just a bit under) to retailers, who are then able to offer them for less without the box, i say go with the retailer whenever possible, but i am also always broke and always seem to need a couple more things
