ok i need help any one know a uk based wen site that sells a hot wire/foam cutter that is not too evpencive

It'd probably be easier just to go to your local craft store and grab one. Look by where they sell floral supplies. They've usually got green styrofoam over there with some hot wire cutters right next to it. If you strike out there, go to a hobby store. Look by the model trains. If you fail there, too, I'd just make my own. A quick Google search will come up with tons of DIY plans.
