super glue question

Default super glue question

this isn't really a rule question at all but i super glued something and then realised i had made a mistake. i can't break it to fix it. do any of you know a way to fix something like that?

This should probably be in the hobby board. But I will supply my answer to get it over with quicker. If you are talking about something such as an arm mounted to the shoulder, then just take your clipper as and make a cut right where it was glued. It should split at the model lines. If its something like a ball joint, you may need to do some converting after you get it off...

You can use a filer. Slide it into a crack where you have glued it and use it as lever to pry it off. However, there will be damage.

Like Thengir said, use clippers or wire cutters and cut at where it's glued. Comes right off in the right place. I recently did this so I could magnatize my entire CSM army.

ya mams / girlfriends / wifes nail polish remover will work a treat, unless you got plastic parts then dont, if its all metal plop it in a jar of NPR and voila detachment heaven

Games Workshop doesn't have this but there are some super glue manufacturers that have an Un-cure product specifically for debonding superglue bonds. Had to use it to get my fingers seperated from a model
