What happens if you tank shock a mycetic spore?

haha Damn dude that's a tough one.

First of all, why the **** did they give mycetic spores a Ld value?
It is fearless though so it passes any morale check it has to take but it is also immobile...so common sense to me would be that you wouldn't be able to tank shock a mycetic spore becuase it is immobile anyways. Sure you can goad your oppoent to try to death or glory it but other than that I don't think you can move that thing.

It really doesn't have an answer. I play it as it can't move out of the way, forcing a Death or Glory, but I believe there is precedent for immobile units still moving out of the way when they're forced to by events such as Tank Shocks and units such as Mawlocs.

Yet the vehicle doesn't get pushed out of the way, the model does if it ends up on top of it. So we've now run into an issue where Codex > or < Rulebook, its Codex >_< Rulebook.

But what happens in the following case?

Diagram - Guardsmen g, orks o, battle wagon bw

So basically the battlewagon tank shocks the guardsmen. Guardsmen pass leadership, but where do they move? off the board? they are trapped. If there is an answer to this question, the same answer can be used on mycetic spores then right?
