Default [Doubles] Jaws of the World Wolf + Lash of Submission combo

I don't think this has been posted before so I'll give it a shot.

Would this work and if so has anyone ever seen it in action?

Depends on what you are asking.

Do you mean using Lash to move units into line so that JotWW can target them all?

Precisely. I'm talking about if the chaos player is on the same side as the wolves player.

I would think that it would work fairly well, if you could get them to work in tandem, as the biggest problem with Jaws is getting models lined up.

Definitely a nasty combo - until your opponents focused everything they have on your psykers.

Also, if you plan on doing this in a very casual game you might want to wear a helmet.

That's just my fancy way of saying this tactic may not be that well received by opponents in non competitive situations.

I only saw it once. But as it happens, my doubles partner at the time was a girl playing Tyranids. They never got Lash off, and were only able to fire Jaws once to little effect.

It will have even less of a chance of working because it may be more likely that your opponents may take runes of warding or a physic hood or have shadow in the warp. So it is more likely it will not happen. It may be better since two Hqs would normally be required meaning their is a greater chance of them being neeeded.

It is not the nicest thing to do.

Furthermore, even in a doubles game it isn't unusual these days to see quite a bit of mech. Since neither power has any effect on vehicles, you can't rely on it. It is something that is worth keeping in mind, but as a weapon I don't think it is particularly effective compared with some of the other things you can pull off with Doubles.
