Default Choosing Armies

Hey everybody!
I am going to start a new army to collect. But, unfortunately, I don't know which one to pick. I want to choose an army that doesn't have very many people in it. (If you don't know what I mean, I mean the army that has the most expensive guys pointswise.) I know there are several armies that have expensive guys, but which one has the MOST expensive guys.

Thanks ahead of time,
Eye of Time

Pure Grey knights has 25 point models as their base troops.
Deathwing has terminators as their base troops.
Ravenwing fields nothing but bikes (around 30 points/model) and landspeeders (around 50 points+)
Eldar Iyanden fields wraithlords (around80) and wraithguard (around 35) as their basic troops

Or harlequins as their basepoint for the minimal guy is 25 points. Yet they are not official they are a nice army to play with/against.

try pure greu knights! ask jhrovii about that one!
dark angels deathwing. landraiders, and terminators, only.
a cult chaos army. (ie dedicate your army to one of the 4 gods)
an 8 monstrous creature tyranid force, with 2 min squads of gaunts.
