Starting any marine army is costly venture, but if you look hard enough you can find gaps, some bigger then others.

A few days ago I bought a blood claws pack for $40 and a jump pack spur for $20. For a total of $60 I got 9 jump packers, a jumpjet for my chaplin, a guy with a melta, and some more wolf bits for my SW kill team.

That was a much better deal then buying two 5 man assault squads at $40 a box.



Today I bought the two sets of SM scouts at 13 a set, a better deal then the 5 you get in a $30 box.


I just love little things like that. 8)

whrere are you?. Cause if your in the US you got ripped big time. Assault squads cost 25$ now and blood claws are 30$ could have got the whole thing for 54$ american.

Yeah, pretty much the price conversions of the US sales and Canadian sales don't add up. Something you can buy for 25 american shouldn't be 40 canadian since our dollar is pretty strong (I'm Canadian). But whacha gonna do? As long as Canadians still play, buy, and support the game without boycotting it because of its prices they can charge whatever the hell they want and people will still buy.

Its not illegal.....its not even theivery. If GW can't regulate their prices they are asking for it. Tesco's does the same thing on booze, so take advantage.

On the GW US page the assauly marines are $25 a box

With the converter, the US one cost $10 canadian more.

And a spur with 10 jump packs costs, lets say for the sake of arguement $20 US, Its comes to a total of $50.

In any country is better to buy the bloodclaws/jumppack spur over two boxes of assauly marines.
