Default A Kill-Team torny question...

I was wondering: in a GW Kill Team tournament, are you allowed to break the immutable laws when making your kill team?

also: why cant you take more than one heavy weapon? I get it for heavy bolters and stuff, but that limits my buetiful snipers!!! :'(

being able to take like 4/5 snipers would make the kill team way too cheesy and powerful, and also, you can just about never break the immutable laws in any gaming situation, as a lot of players won't play with someone who doesn't use the rules.
