You can call them at 734-709-1202 and their Skype name is "gtgamersunion"
From their page on the TO site. I hope that can be of some use to you.

As far as I know we've only ever had one person order from them (pepsi). I'd definately try to contact them and see what's up...

I checked thier ad on the site and noticed a different email listed than the one I used. I'm going to give it a go.

I've heard others have had luck with them. I hope it will be simple to resolve.

I have not ordered from them, but I have heard both good and bad.

I emailed them a while back to ask some information, and the responses were very unprofessional.

I asked if they had a store front for me to vistit and the response was... how should I say... defensive.

I can take my guesses.

But in all actuality I am not so sure they are a store based group, more then they are a group that orders items based on your orders they process in a office type enviornment.

With AAA anime, the distributer I work with, often charges for wieght, and boxes packed. With GW you get free shipping if you place orders over a certain value. One of the kickers AAA anime needs to know is if the address is a commercial or residential block. If GW is brick and mortar conviction, Gorilla has a commercially labeled place they are delivered to. Otherwise GW would find out immediately because delivery companies charge based on routes, in this case commercial.

They seem to have applications processed with other "brick and mortar" requirement companies. So if I had any money on it, they have a commercially classified location, but operate somewhere else to fufill the brick and mortar establishment. An easy example could be a u-store type place, that takes peoples items and charges them monthly etc...however they take it a step further and plot down 1200 sq ft at you, and charge a very modest 600.00 bucks a month.

A university could fit the bill, as long as you dont mention it to the account openers, because it would check out with commercial deliveries. Though I am unsure how thorough GW checks the Brick and mortar businesses.

When I first ordered with Gorilla I believed they were a group of college kids out of a university based in Michigan. They have honored every transaction I have made with them, but the service was kind of lax. No formality.

I can easily say they arent here to rob you (GW wholesale rate is 45, so in actuality they get 15% at best.) but I go other places nowadays. Even at a 20% discount I wouldnt mind it if the people Im supporting are professional in their work.

edit:

http://www.michigan.gov/dleg/0,1607,...413---,00.html

have no idea how they are registered. Every company is legally required to register, and when registered government databases are easily accessed. I have typed in gorilla, gamers union, and simply tactics.

For instance mine

https://fortress.wa.gov/dol/dolprod/...&RefID=1122076

http://www.secstate.wa.gov/corps/sea...aming+llc&ubi=

I should be able to access the registered agent, and address at any given time if I were to serve legal papers.

Isnt Gorilla Tactics down to a 15% discount now?

Definitely keep on hassling them until you get either models or money.
