Termies have bolters bolter are rapid fire if they move how far do they shoot?

Wrong, Terminators have Storm Bolters, which are assault weapons and may always fire their max range.

However, if you are talking Chaos, they may still fire the regular distance as Terminator's are Relentless(are they).

Either way, you can fire the full distance because they are Terminators.

PS this should either be in Chaos or Space Marines.

Terminators are not, in fact, relentless... at least, Space Marine Terminators aren't. Instead, they can only fire Heavy weapons on the move, not Rapid-fire weapons at full range.

Meh, doesnt matter, no one takes bolters on Loyalist Terminators.

I think you'd be better off asking this question in the board corresponding to the version of termie you have in mind (ie. chaos or loyalist). Since it's not really clear which one you mean in your post I reckon I'll just close this down
