Default Correcting GW staff

The other day one of the staffers at my local GW thought a baneblade had a rear armour of 10, he also forgot about the rule that lets super-heavies roll a dice and have weapon destroyed results turned into the gun not being able to fire.

Has anyone else ever had to correct GW staff members?

Yes, and I've seen people do so, but they're usually when a new army book comes out, or when they're not familiar with one.

All the time :P

Our staff are about as play worthy as the new kids _

As you can imagine the staff don;t like me much.. especially when I beat them all to a pulp in a "challenge the staff" day ;D

There have been a few times where the staff is wrong, usually when they are not 100% certain...although this isn't so bad considering the amount of stuff they need to know.

Yes but if they're going to run apocalypse games they should at least know how super-heavies work, given that apocalypse has been out for quite a long time now

To be fair, GW staff are only human. They make mistakes, just like the rest of us. Whilst they are supposed to be trained to know all the rules and whatnot, nobody can know everything about a certain subject.

Just saying my experiences, not the whole picture . That's pretty silly, I agree.

In this case he actually had to look it up.

I wouldn't mind if he'd just remembered when I said it.
