According to the map of notable Imperial Guard deployments on page 138 of the rulebook, Birmingham is not located in the midlands - It's on the galactic southern fringe in Segmentum Tempestus. It tickles me that it's listed as a feral world too! ;D

Here's another little gem for you all.
Look on Page 142, the Kieldar Offensive. Now look under Day 18, 4th column, 3rd Row. Now if we can find some fluff on the Kiledar Offensive, we can create an army of Birminghamish peopleses! |

Troops: Chav.
HQ: ASBOKID Elites: Hoodies ![]() Theres a few little easter eggs in the book, from my glances, the main ones like Birmingham and Tau looking like England. I think its quite nice, having those little touches.

I'm pretty sure that Birmingham made an appearance way back in Rogue Trader, noted as a backwards world where muzzle loading muskets were likely the height of technology.
Can't find my copy right now to get the full quote though. |

Heres something that most non guard players don't catch on too
Sly Marbo, The one man army. Catachan special character. Sly- Nickname for Sylvester Stallone Marbo - Go backwards from the r, and forwards from the b and it makes Rambo. Sly Marbo = Rambo
