Could you be possibly talking about the Vulture?

Theres a thunderhawk gunship (as opposed to a transporter) which is slightly smaller than the transporter, but not by much.

My subtle diagram disagrees with you.
your "subtle" diagram contains Optimus Prime and Proffessor Farnsworth, it's heresy in it's own right!
Any similarities between your reality and mine are purely coincidental...

Inquisitor Eisenhorn (or was it Ravenor?) used a ship called the gun-cutter. Capable of spaceflight, with lots of guns, it could carry him and his entire warband. It was not ether capable, and had to dock with a larger ship to do so, and was larger than a thunderhawk as IIRC it had various cabins, med bay, large cargo hold etc.

Warrior Brood? I'm pretty sure it was a Thunderhawk then. Here's a picture of the ship, seen in the top and next from top.

I doubt you'll get any sort of photos or models on a craft used by an Inquisitor. It's not needed in tabletop (as they're rarely kitted out for war, usually speed and stealth), and often seems to be created purely by the author in question.
