What do you think is the best online store that sells 40k out there for discounts and quality?

There's a couple. If you're in North America your best bet is probably The Warstore. There's no online shopping cart for full kits, but you can always call them. If you live in Canada you can save boatloads due to the strong Canadian dollar

I like the online store that I link to in my signature so much...that I put them in my signature. Their prices are even lower than what you can find on eBay, where I mainly purchased all of my goods up until then.

Bit Kingdom has prices of 33% off regularly, while the War Store just offers 20% off on all products. I thought that that would be an important fact for you.

Thanks guys, Bit Kingdom looks amazingly cheap, but I'm looking to buy a Tau Megaforce and Commander, neither of which are there, so I'll probably go with The Warstore. Unless anyone else has anywhere else to recommend?

The Warstore is great, I would recommend them. I just bought a Tau Megaforce from them the other day. Neal also sent my an Ork warbike instead of the rider I had ordered, and he sent a rider for free. When I asked what to do with the bike he said "keep it".

You just have to make sure you check both the pdf and the website portions of his site to make sure whether or not they have what you are looking for. It is an odd system for sure, but thats how he manages it
He used to be an eBay seller but got tired of seeing bits go for $10 a piece, and his goal is to save gamers as much as he possibly can, hence the ridiculously low prices
