IIRC it does! Theres a option somewhere that you can check to include Forgeworld units, in one of the menus.
.mace is right (of course :). The little checkmarked notebook button lets you add and remove filters, such as allowing Apocalypse, Cities of Death, or Forge World rules, as well as race-specific, such as Space Marine traits.

Yup. All those nice quality of life fixes make the army builder very useful, and making army list creation much less of a mathematical chore, although I still believe $50 is a bit steep.

Actually, Army Builder only costs $40, and it comes with licenses to run it on two PCs (Maybe a desktop and a laptop). Anyway, just sharing some information.
