Actually, it does include Forgeworld Units. When you create a list, there is a little notepad looking icon. When you click on that, one of the options (I believe it is under "Roster Options" but I'm not on a computer with it installed) says "Imperial Armour." If you click that, it will add all the FW units that are published in the IA books.

What version are you using? If it is 2.2c, you should be able to get some new files (we posted some that another user created) at www.ab40k.org and if it is 3.x we are constantly updating the files.

i think it is 2.2, but it now doesn't open, so i might get 3, but the way the computer is i might as well not bother.

I got the full version for christmas and I love it. My parents thought it was a video game, and I was certainly surprised. I love it.

Would use it if it was free, but as it is, its easier to use codex, pen and pencil, or spreadsheet.

If it was free, then yeah, I would d/l it, but as it stands I can't see it being worth the time or money.

Thats not to dig on the program - I've seen it and it looks great, but its just not enough for me to want to pay for it.

I've been using AB for years (since V2) and love it. I play several game systems (WH40K, WHFB, FOW, etc.) and the ability to tweak lists (add a PF here, drop a trooper there) easily and quickly is great. OF course, I enjoy buidling lists, changing them, and modifitying them so I get a lot of use out of it. I also like the clean, legible printouts, and the ability to save dozens and dozens of lists on your HD.

I figure with the average army costing $200- 300 dollars or more, paying $30 for AB is no great expense.

IIRC it does! Theres a option somewhere that you can check to include Forgeworld units, in one of the menus.

Are you talking about the Armies/Enemies of the Imperium one of the other, better one?
Since I only have access to Armies/Enemies I just make a "dummy" unit of equal value, export the file to RTF format and enter appropriate data like that. A little slow, but it works and has a nice "ooh shine" look to it.

If a battle is inevitable, fight it on your terms, not your enemy's. Mercy and kindness should never be taken for weakness. And lastly, the only perfect victory in war is one that has no casualties, for either side.

I'm talking about the one made by Lone Wolf that supports multiple game systems.
