Default Pics: Warlord Titan used in apocolypse game

I didn't see this posted and thought it was cool.

On page 1 are pics, page 7 pics of him using it. On page 4 there is a Chaos version too.

Scroll down a little to see them.

It's been posted here before at some point, in Showcase I think. But yes, that is one helluva impressive Titan. I like the teeny little Dreadnoughts at its feet...must have taken ages to make.

Holy...

Not only is it huge and must have cost a fortune, but it looks great. It doesn't look like a jumble of tank parts, but it has form and the paintjob is great. Amazing. Simply amazing.

It might not have cost that much actually - it looks mostly scratch built. I personally can hardly find a single GW part in there. The most expensive part was probably the Dreadnoughts :P

The materials used:
The inner shell was constructed out of wood, also the armour plating.
The armor plate structure consists of little carboard pieced, cut out of model kit packages. As deatails where added via kit bashing, we had lots of these packages.
Among them where tank und battleship kits, 2 Matrix Deluxe APU Action figures (per titan), 1 Matrix Deluxe Sentinel Action figure, Lego Bionicles (Boxes as well as the pieces themselfes), model railway bridges, 3,5 Hasbro Annakin Podracer on the Imperial Titan (not lightsabers), screws, even window grips, etc.. .

------------------------------------------------

On page 4 he says that ^^^ He says it weighs over 50 pounds and it took between the end of 2003 until summer 2004

Ohh, my... I mean... I... wow. It's great! I think this is the first massive Titan I've seen that actually looks good, most of them look way too stiff. But that thing.... How do you even fight with that?
"Okay, my Commisar charges your Chosen squad, that squad of Marines there will open up on the squad of Cultists, my Predator will shoot your Rhino, and, oh yes, my Warlord Titan shoots in the general direction of your army and kills everything. Good game, man."
